Rust-Oleum Fluorescent Topcoats perform best when applied over a matt white surface (Rust-Oleum Hard Hat 2190 Matt White) and for exterior applications a coat of Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Clear is also recommended to prolong the life of the system.
Ideal for marking or signalling in maintenance and industrial environments.
• Highly visible fluorescent coatings
• Ideal for railings, signs, colour coding etc.
• First apply matt white 2190 for best results
• Finish with transparent topcoat for better gloss
• To handle after 30 minutes (at 20°C)
• Available in red, orange, yellow, green and blue
