Rust-Oleum Mathys Impregnation Primer 5401 is designed for application on concrete and masonry. Rust-Oleum Mathys Impregnation Primer 5401 provides a good key for adhesion on porous, mineral substrates prior to the application of several Rust-Oleum Mathys systems like; Self Levelling Mortar Compound 5400, Solvent Free High-Build Epoxy 5500, High Performance Epoxy 9100, and can also be used as a tack-coat for Rust-Oleum Mathys Concrete Repair Mortar 5403.
