Rust-Oleum Mould Resistant Hygiene Primer
RUST-OLEUM White Masonry Sealer 8399 is a fast drying, non-yellowing, mould-resistant sealer. The product is based on a vinyl acrylic polymer with non-leaching fungicides.

RUST-OLEUM White Masonry Sealer 8399 should be used on mineral substrates like concrete, brick and plastered walls, masonry and mineral fibre board. RUST-OLEUM 8399 Sealer should be recoated with RUST-OLEUM 8300 Topcoat(s); they resist chemical exposure, occasional product spillage, frequent chemical cleaning, high humidity and moisture, and mould and mildew development. RUST-OLEUM 8399 Sealer can be applied on cleaned, sound mineral substrates and sound, well prepared previous coatings; porous substrates should be primed with diluted RUST-OLEUM 8399 Sealer. RUST-OLEUM 8399 Sealer is classified Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame according to BS 476; part 7 : 1987.
