Sadolin Woodfiller
Sadolin Woodfiller is ideal for small repairs such as nail holes and minor surface defects. Sadolin Woodfiller is a fast drying filler / stopper for use on softwoods or hardwoods. It is suitable for timber in interior and exterior situations, has excellent adhesion to sound timber, is rapid drying and easily sanded. May be over coated with wood stains, varnishes or opaque finishes.

Preparation is all important prior to decoration to ensure that subsequently applied coatings last for the optimum length of time. Surface defects should be filled in order to prevent moisture ingress and to ensure a smooth and uniform finish for further applied coatings.
When over coating with translucent products, as with all such products, the final appearance is dependent on a number of factors including the timber species, the relative absorbency of the timber and the filler, and the presence of any existing coating. A trial application is recommended prior to the commencement of work.
Coverage: The filler should not be applied at depths in excess of 5mm. For larger holes, Sadolin Woodfiller should be built up in layers of no more than 5mm, or an alternative filler such as Sadolin Stainable Woodfiller should be considered.
