HIGH X-POSURE SMOOTH
A premium quality, high performance paint finish that is suitable for use on most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. INTEGRASIL BRIDGING PRIMER
A high performance potassium silicate based Bridging Primer used to prime organic based substrates and coatings such as alkyd, acrylic and vinyl based paint finishes in preparation for subsequent treatment with Sandtex Trade Integrasil masonry paint. The potassium silicate binder chemically reacts with the underlying mineral based material to form a microcrystalline silicate bond. Suitable for use on all mineral based substrates and coatings such as lime mortar render, cement render and sand lime brickwork etc.

HYDROBOND
A water-borne, premium quality masonry paint system providing exceptional adhesion to bare and previously painted surfaces. Compared to conventional waterborne masonry paints, Hydrobond becomes resistant to rain showers after 30 minutes and has superior film formation at low temperatures. The matt mineral like
finish has good colour stability and resistance to dirt pick-up.

MEMBRANE PRIMER & POLYESTER MEMBRANE
A water-borne quality primer for use in conjunction with the polyester membrane under Sandtex Trade High Build on exterior building boards. The system will cover butt joints and can be used to redecorate checked plywood surfaces and to bridge movement cracks on flat rendered surfaces.

DIRT REPELLENT
A clear protective surface water-borne treatment which minimises dirt retention on fine, medium and heavy textured masonry coatings. The hydrophilic properties induce rainwater to disperse evenly over the surface avoiding the formation of drops and subsequent dirt carrying runs. Will give extra protection against the future formation of organic growth.

` *The Dirt Repellent contains a special pink coloured indicator material to assist application and eliminate misses during application. Under normal drying conditions this tracer colour will fade and disappear in 10-20 minutes.

FLEXIGLOSS X-TRA SYSTEM
Specially formulated for the long term protection of exterior joinery, this solvent borne, high performance flexible alkyd gloss system incorporates a premium quality combined flexible Primer Undercoat. The paint system provides superior resistance to cracking and flaking than traditional gloss paints. Flexigloss X-Tra can also be used on suitably primed metal and PVC-u. Awarded a British Board of Agrément Certificate for up to 8 years durability.
