Bullet Roof GRP Hardener

Used for roofing applications such as hand lay-up, spray up, centrifugal casting, filament winding, polyester concrete, etc, Bullet Roof GRP Hardener is particularly suitable for gel coat curing, and its low viscosity makes it ideal for airless spray-up techniques with external mixing.

Bullet Roof GRP Trims
Delivering a quality thick gauge finish around the edges and details of a roof, GRP Trims aren’t included in the Bullet Roof GRP Kit but can be ordered in 16 different shapes, sizes and configurations from our online store here.
Bullet Mega Mastic
With a unique hybrid polymer formulation that contains no solvents, Bullet Mega Mastic bonds, seals and fills almost anything without a primer, even when wet or fully submerged. Not included with the kit, if required it can be found on our online store here.
What Is GRP?
GRP Stands for ‘Glassfibre Reinforced Plastic’, more commonly known as ‘Fibreglass’; a very strong and robust material – up to seven times the flexural strength of steel – GRP is very lightweight with the high energy absorption properties, making it the material of choice for racing cars and boats, bathtubs & even aeroplanes.

Step 1 – Preparation and Deck Fitting
Remove the old roof and re-deck with Structural T&G OSB.
Step 2 – Edge Trims Fitted
Fit GRP Trims, available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and configurations from our online store.
Step 3 – Lamination and Cure
Resin and strand matting applied and allowed to cure, ready for sanding.
Step 4 – Topcoat
Topcoat formulated to give a good even layer.
