Carbon Fibre Plates

Carbon Fibre Plates are designed to structurally strengthen concrete, steel, masonry, timber and fibre reinforced polymer structures.

The Sika CarboDur range is a high end, top of the range, selective group of products designed to banish structural damage for the foreseeable. These products can increase the load capacity if your structure is expected to take greater weights or the building is changing function, combat natural deterioration, repair earthquake, fire or vehicle related damage, improve fatigue resistance, reduce stress, and increase the overall resistance to natural disasters, impact or explosion.

Sika Carbodur has been used on some high profile projects which further cements their position as one of the top manufacturers on the market, including the re-strengthening of the District Line plates on the London Underground and the repair of the Penang Bridge in Malaysia after an accidental fire in 2010.
