Question:

I'm looking to use the blue colour of this on the top portion of a masonry post close to road curb outside house...will this reflect car lights at night? Please advise if this is the best product. I was going to use the black from similar range for the bottom two thirds of the post. Thanks, Paul

Answer:

Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Fluorescent Topcoats are designed to be highly visible under light but not light reflective, for best results these should be applied over Rust-Oleum Hard Hat 2190 Matt White and can be overcoated with Rust-Oleum 2500 Transparent Protection for better durability.
