![]() | Question:
I am going repaint my front UPVC door, both front and back. How many cans would I need and is a primer or any prep required? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
HMG would recommend 2 to 3 cans will be required, film thickness and hiding power on aerosols is a lot less than with a standard wet paint. Assuming the UPVC door is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet no primer would be required. HMG also not recommend using aerosols for full substrates because of reduced hiding, aerosols are really designed for touch-up.
![]() | Question:
Hi there, I'm planning on refreshing a faux leather set of drawers (bedside table size) and wanted to check whether this spray paint would provide suitable coverage for the faux leather material. The drawers are brown and I'd like to paint them a lighter colour. Many thanks, Nicole |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
No, this product is only for application to UPVC, but assuming the faux leather drawers are vinyl, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Technispray Vinylkote.
