Britannia Fungicidal Wash Solution
If your project involves applying a coating onto external tiled roofs, walls, timber decking or block paving, then Britannia Fungicidal Wash Solution is the ideal pre-treatment to clean fungus and algae from surfaces prior to painting. The product is cleared under the control of pesticides Regulations 1986.

An excellent pre-treatment for dealing with fungal and algal growth on external hard surfaces, such as floors and roofs, when preparing such surfaces for painting. Consider the following case-use environments:
- Tiled roofs and floors.
- External walls.
- Timber decking.
- Block paving.
Britannia Fungicidal Wash Solution is the ideal pre-treatment for Britannia Tilecoat Advanced - for projects which involve renovating external tile roofs.
The product is cleared under the control of pesticides Regulations 1986, for use as directed. H.S.E. No. 3776 contains as supplied 2% Di-methyl Benzalkonium Chloride and 0.5% 2-phenoxide.

Remove heavy growth, moss or similar vegetable matter with a stiff bristle brush.
Shake the can well before use. Application preferable with brush. Apply a coat of the solution to the affected areas and allow 24 hours to elapse. This procedure eliminates further contamination by active spores to surrounding areas during surface preparation. It is advisable to treat persistent stains caused by fungal growth with a further coat of Fungicidal Wash solution and 24 hours should be allowed prior to painting. Clean all equipment immediately with water after use.
