Jotun Jotacote Universal is a two component amine cured pure epoxy coating that is a fast drying, abrasion resistant, high solids and high build. Designed as an universal, all round, all year, new building coating where fast dry to handle is required. It can be used as primer, mid coat, finish coat or as a single coat system in atmospheric and immersed environments.
Jotun Jotacote Universal is suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, galvanised steel, shop primed steel, stainless steel, aluminium and concrete substrates. It can also be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.
Jotun Jotacote Universal can be used in exterior and interior areas, including outside hulls, superstructures, decks, cargo holds and water balast tanks. recommended for offshore environments, including splash zones, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings, mining equipment and general structural steel.
