Question: Would the Driftwood be suitable for staining Birch Plywood for an internal ceiling and then protected with an oil or oil/wax finish such as Osmo or Fiddes ? Although you recommend application by roller I take it there is no problem with using a sponge and brush as I will need to protect the walls while working on the ceiling. Thanks
Answer:

On the basis that the plywood will be porous and allow the oil to penetrate, then yes, Timberex Active Satin could be used. Application by brush instead of roller is acceptable but we have no experience of the product being applied by sponge.

Timberex Enviro should be used as a finishing oil and not Osmo or Fiddes.
