Cell concrete blocks: prime with Martin Mathys Pegafix or Primer 44HS. Walls in poor condition:remove all old coatings or bad plasterwork. Sand/treat the wall with a wire brush to remove all loose particles. Repair all damaged parts with a cement mortar or Martin Mathys Pegacrete. Small repairs can be treated with a mix of Paracem Quartz filled with dry sharp sand. All repairs should be primed with Martin Mathys Pegafix. Fill up holesand seal joints or fissures with Martin Mathys Elastofill. New walls/masonry: if possible wait 1 year before treatment. The substrate must be sufficiently dry and stable and no bleeding of nitric acid should be visible. Brush dry and dust, then apply a coat of Martin Mathys Pegafix or Primer 44 HS.
