Practical Consumption
Practical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrate and material losses during application.
Surface Prepartation
Priming coat: Fassiprim. For top quality painting work, apply two coats of Fassiprim, sanding between each coat carefully. For exterior works, it is advisable to apply an impregnating coat of Adex on bare or stripped wood.
Application Conditions
Apply in a dry and well-ventilated area. Minimum temperature: 10°C. Maximum relative humidity: 80%
Remarks
Do not use Fassilux Satin on Noxyde for outside works. In these cases, use either Fassilux or Pegacryl Satin.

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Over existing, compatible painted surfaces after preparation (cleaning and light sanding to provide a key) you can apply 2-3 coats as required of Mathys Fassilux Satin directly to the prepared, dry surfaces. Bare timber should be first primed with 2 coats of Mathys Fassiprim. On exterior works, treat bare timber with Mathys Adex before priming. | |
