questions Edwin Tomlinson on 2021-06-21 16:50:10
Question:

Hi, Can Mathys Fassilux satin be thinned, I think I may have read somewhere that it can't.

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

It is not recommended to thin this paint.

questions Norma burns on 2016-11-23 19:05:12
Question: Would this paint require an undercoat over previous painted wood,if not would 2 top coats be sufficient?,one last question does this paint come in dark brown, thanks I await your advice.
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

Over existing, compatible painted surfaces after preparation (cleaning and light sanding to provide a key) you can apply 2-3 coats as required of Mathys Fassilux Satin directly to the prepared, dry surfaces.

Bare timber should be first primed with 2 coats of Mathys Fassiprim. On exterior works, treat bare timber with Mathys Adex before priming.
