Applying Sika Level 25 latex on a concrete floor. Over underfloor heating. 22mm thick. Do I need a damp proof membrane or will the Sika latex impede minor rising damp?
SikaLevel 25 Latex Self Levelling Screed will not provide protection against rising damp. If this is a concern we would advise considering a DPM before application of the self level. It is worth noting that SikaLevel 25 Latex Self Levelling Screed is not suitable for direct contact with under floor heating systems (if the UFH is already within a screed it can be used) and can only be applied to a depth of 6mm in one application (25mm when filled).

How many bags to do a 12 feet by 19 feet floor area?
At 3mm thickness you would require 5 x 25kg bags.
