Envirograf Fire Mortar fills in gaps around services, such as pipework, that travel through floors and walls, sealing permanently. Use with Envirograf
The mixture is available as a standard grey mix or coloured pink for easy identification as fire mortar. Choose from a standard 25KG 2 bag mix or a 3 bag mix comprising of the 25KG plus a 6.25KG lightweight pumice aggregate additive. The 3 bag mix fills a larger area whilst retaining structural integrity.
Simply add water to the asbestos-free dry mixture and mix like plaster. When set, the mortar is load bearing depending on the thickness of the application, supporting walking and storing of materials, and can be drilled into with wood bits and cut into for further installation of services.
Add 4 ¼ to 4 ¾ litres of water to the 25KG pack and mix like plaster. The 3 bag mixture requires the pumice aggregate to be mixed uniformly before adding water.

Pour into floor openings, and for walls use on top of an Envirograf slab with a trowel.
Apply in different thicknesses for fire protection for up to 6 hours:
- Up to 1 hour: 3mm thick
- Up to 2 hours: 6mm thick
- Up to 3 hours: 12mm thick
- Up to 4 hours: 25mm-100mm
- Up to 4-6 hours: 100m thick
- For walls, use a maximum of 25mm for up to 4
For areas over 600mm x
