I used your paint to coat our exterior sand/ cement rendered house walls approximately four years ago. Happily it’s done a great job. I’m considering giving it an over coat. What pre treatment should I use before I repaint with the same product?
Assuming the existing coating is still sound then it would only need to be clean and free from any surface contaminant that may cause issue with adhesion before application of further coats.

We have moved into a renovated village school. New double glazing has been installed but the original window frames are made of what appears to stone (they're similar to church windows really). The window frames have no insulating properties and get very cold, which leads to condensation on the inside when the weather gets cold. Is there a product I can use on either the outside or inside to combat this.
We would suggest considering Thermilate PRO Insulating Elastomeric Coating for this application.

My father in law owns a park home , with slight movement in weather changes little ( very small ) cracks appear in paint on exterior walls , wondering if your flexible Paint would suit ? Thanks Bryan
As long as the surface in question is suitable for Bedec Extra-Flex Elastomeric Masonry Paint to be applied to, first make good any cracks, joints, gaps, etc. with Rust-Oleum Mathys Elastofill then apply Bedec Extra-Flex Elastomeric Masonry Paint as required.

It states on datasheets prepare walls with stabilising solution, would sandtex stabilising solution be ok to use? Many thanks
We would recommend Blackfriar Stabilising Solution.

Question: Can this paint be mixed to colour match
Yes, there is an additional charge for specially mixed colours (£12.00 + VAT per order) but it can be produced in most RAL and BS colours.
