Drying and recoating times are related to the film thickness, temperature, the relative humidity of the air and ventilation
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from all grease, oil, loose material and general contamination
Unsound surfaces should be scraped back to firm edge
If algal or fungal contamination is present, wash with a bleach solution (observing necessary safety precautions)

Do not apply to damp or frosted surfaces
One full coat should suffice for most applications, but a second may be applied in cases of severe porosity
Application Conditions
Only apply in conditions of good ventilation which must be maintained during drying and curing.
Do not apply when rain, mist, sleet, or snow are imminent
During application and drying time of the paint coating, the surface should be dry, the Relative Humidity should not exceed 85% and the surface temperature should remain at least 3°C above the dew point
Paint temperature should ideally be at a minimum of 15ºC
