Can I use this on railway sleepers that I will use to build a fire surround for a log burner? Sleepers will be requisite 16 inches from opening. Will the liquid be necessary/ suitable/ advisable?
Envirograf 3-2-1 Standard Fire Retardant Liquid is not for use on timber, something similar that you can use on bare timber would be Zeroflame Fire Retardant Treatment. This soaks virtually ‘invisibly’ into woods and achieves Euroclass B (BS Class 0) Fire Propagation and Spread of Flame fire protection on solid timbers. However whether this would be appropriate for your project we wouldn't know, as we would assume the use of timber of any kind fire rated or not in close proximity to a log burner would not be advisable.

Would you need to reapply it on fabrics if so how often? Or would it depend on the fabric it's applied to?
Once a suitable fabric has been treated with Envirograf 3-2-1 Standard Fire Retardant Liquid it will only need to be re-applied after the fabric has been washed.

IS THIS LIQUID COLORLESS ? CAN I USE IT ON 100% POLYESTER MATERIALS AS ROLLO BLINDS? AFTER USING IT MATERIAL WILL NOT HAVE MORE WEIGHT FROM INITIAL WEIGHT?
Envirograf 3-2-1 Standard Fire Retardant Liquid can be used on 100% polyester, it will change the weight when it is first applied but once dry the weight difference should be negligible.
