A two-pack clear acrylic-aliphatic coating in 4,000+ colours. Developed to finish wood surfaces classified as D-s2,d0 according to UNE-EN 13238 and must accomplish the UNE-EN 13823:2012 norm of Reaction to fire (SBI test) and later classification according UNE-EN 13501-2007 + A1:2010 (Euroclasses).

Application
Support: All types of veneers and woods, commonly used for coating walls and ceilings. Do not apply on woods containing over 12% of humidity
Preparation of the support: Remove the residues of sandpapering
Application: Homogenize the varnish prior to use. Once the varnish is mixed with the hardener, it gets a viscosity of approximately 24” Ford Cup No.4. Depending on the type of application the viscosity can be adjusted to about 18-20”, by adding 5% of a solvent like 125 DPN, S-157, etc
Mix ratio 10:1 mix with IC212 Catalyst and 5% 43000 Thinner
Process: To comply the norm UNE-EN 13501-1:2007 + A1:2010, apply 3 coats of 150-170 gr/m2 of the same product. First, leave cure 16-20h (a night), sand lightly with a piece of 320 grit flexible sandpaper, clean by blowing with pressure air and apply the other two coats with an interval of 2-3 hours between them
It is possible to obtain other gloss levels applying 1 coat of 80-100 gr/m2 of Irufire Top Coat IC123 in the desired gloss degree (catalized at 10% with Irufire Catalyst)
