Nullifire FI025 Intuflex Wrap should be used in conjunction with at least 30-micron FO400 H&V foil tape (not included, available seperately).
Nullifire FI025 Intuflex Wrap is designed to reinstate the insulation requirement where services penetrate a compartment wall or floor. It helps prevent heat passing through pipes, cable trays and services that penetrate a fire barrier wall or floor, Intubatt or Intucompound seals, applying to both sides of the penetration.
Intuflex is a high insulate product, manufactured using fibre manipulation and strand orientation to achieve a compact yet lightweight component. Available in two sizes to accommodate the most onerous service penetrations, Intuflex is finished using reinforced foil offering both an aesthetically pleasing finish and a Class 0 surface spread of flame.
Installation
Intuflex may be cut around service supporting systems to accommodate installation if required.
Nullifire FI025 Intuflex Wrap must be retained using 0.7 gauge (minimum) lacing wire (centrally located) and 50 micron foil tape.
