Hensel Hensotherm 1 KS Clear Interior is a single component, transparent intumescent coating for the fire protection of interior wooden structures. For use on solid wood, particle boards and plywood for construction with a thickness of under 12mm.

Hensel Hensotherm 1 KS Clear Interior is a single component, transparent intumescent coating for the fire protection of interior wooden structures. For use on solid wood, particle boards and plywood for construction with a thickness of under 12mm.
It has a milky consistency during application, which becomes completely clear/transparent when dry so that the surface structure of the wood remains visible.
Hensel Hensotherm 1 KS Clear Interior has a fire behaviour classification of B-s1, d0 according to DIN EN 13501 (SBI-test). Classifies solid wood and wooden materials as hardly combustible B1. Please see the Fire Classification Report for details.
Please Note: This product is moisture sensitive - After Hensel Hensotherm 1 KS Clear Interior has dried (approximately 12-24 Hours @20°C) Hensel Hensotop 84 AF Top Coat MUST BE applied immediately to protect against moisture.
This product is a 'Hensel Green Product' which contains no solvents or formaldehyde, with low VOC contents.
