Description
Flag Heavy Duty Elastomeric Floor Coating (Anti-Slip) is a blend of high quality thermo-acrylic and polyurethane resins resulting in a heavy duty coating that offers excellent protection for high traffic areas. This product is Elastomeric and therefore offers high levels of flexibility for a long lasting durable finish. Contains Dolomite stone to provide anti-slip* properties.
For use on Concrete, Stone, Tarmac, Asphalt (suitably aged), Ferrous Metals and Wood.
It is ideal for areas that are subjected to frequent heavy use e.g. car parks, stairs, walkways, high traffic public areas, and industrial work areas. This product has a very fine textured, almost smooth, finish.
Flag Heavy Duty Elastomeric Floor Coating (Anti-Slip) is also suitable for external areas such as driveways, pavements and balconies.
*Important Note: This product has anti-slip properties and therefore provides slip resistance, however, it is not possible to guarantee a totally non-slip surface

Application Notes
- This product has anti-slip properties and therefore provides slip resistance, however, it is not possible to guarantee a totally non-slip surface

- It is only necessary to seal a porous substrate such as new or bare concrete
- A sealer coat is achieved by adding 10% Flag HD Thinner to the paint
- Please Note: New concrete floors can only be painted after 6-8 weeks

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Assuming both the bricks and paving slabs are clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical datasheet, providing no sealant is present on either surface, this product will be fine for application to both. A Damp-Proof Membrane isn't required to allow use of this product, however it would increase the lifespan when used if one was installed. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Unfortunately no, this would not be suitable. Assuming the impressed concrete is bare, clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet you could consider the AdSeal Imprinted Concrete Sealer with AdSeal Low-Slip Additive. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: This paint is suitable for high levels of foot and vehicle traffic, when applied to a clean, dry, sound and prepared concrete substrate. The concrete should be acid etched with Flag Acid Etch Solution or ground prior to application. Then the first coat applied diluted 10% with Flag HD Thinners. | |
