      Question:

Once I have applied this product to my walls , do I need to wash off prior to painting please .

      Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

This product is designed to be applied by brush or low pressure spray and left for one hour.

You'll then need to clean the surface using a stiff bristled brush to remove any loose debris, and apply a second coat if any growth remains, leaving for 24 hours.

You'll need to clean again and wash down, taking care to remove any white deposit which may have formed.

      Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

This product would be fine to use on a wooden fence to remove fungal growth and mildew, you will need to dilute by a ratio of 50:50 with clean water prior to application.

      Question:

after application to roof and dried overnight. In the next rain storm will any be washed into the rain collection butts in small concentrations, and will that affect plant growth if the water from the butt is used on the garden?

      Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

This product is very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

If it recommended to not discharge into drains or rivers.

It should also not be used in wet weather or when rain is to be expected.

We would suggest not to allow it to get into the water butts.

      Question:

How much would I need to clean a roof 25x15 meters

      Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:

The coverage rate of this product is 4 to 6m² per litre per coat.

For 375m² per coat you would require approximately 93.75litres.

The condition of the substrate would determine how many coats would be required.
