Question:

Is the paint waterproof? Would it adhere to a ceramic surface?

Answer:

It isn't designed to be a waterproof coating so there is no testing information to confirm how much waterproofing if any it will provide. It should be applied to a porous surface so wouldn't work on tiles.

Question: Hello. I'd like to apply this product to my concrete floor in an effort to make the kitchen less cold. I'm not installing underfloor heating - just carpet tiles with a thick bitumen backing. The floor is probably about 70 years old. It's a fairly rough surface with some damage where work has been done in the past ( cracks and chips) - so not smooth smooth cement. Is Insofloor suitable for this combination of floor surface and carpet tiles? Any advice appreciated Thank you Catherine
Answer:

Thermilate InsOfloor Primer can be applied to (dry) concrete before laying your floor covering.
