For concrete and other absorbent mineral substrates which are dry, free of contamination, dust and efflorescence. Not suitable for applying over existing floor paint systems. Consult specific product datasheet for subsequent Bradite floor coating finish for additional information. Always refer to the Health and Safety sheet for the product before use and observe the warning phrases on the label.
New concrete should be allowed to dry for at least 28 days prior to painting. Moisture content of floor may be checked by placing a secured sheet of plastic on the floor for 24 hours and then examining for any signs of condensation. Appearance of condensation indicates concrete is not sufficiently dry to allow painting. Existing coatings must be completely removed. For best performance, complete vacuum blast cleaning of the substrate is recommended. Bradite TD39 industrial strength detergent washing and rinsing should be used with scrubbing, if necessary, to remove grease or oil.
- Pour complete contents of activator can into the base can.
