Question:
can this primer be used on concrete prior to a resin bond drive system being laid ?
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
As Rust-Oleum have no knowledge or experience of the proposed system to be applied over their primer they would not recommend this type of use as they could offer no guarantees of it working and unfortunately we presume a trial prior to full application would not be feasible in this instance.
