402 WG Damp Proof Coating is a fast curing version of 402 Damp Proof Coating designed to be used in lower temperatures or when rapid overcoating/access is required. Developed to function as a rapid curing, residual construction moisture suppressant, to allow the early installation of moisture sensitive flooring in fast track building programmes.

402 WG Damp Proof Coating has been developed to function as a rapid curing, residual construction moisture suppressant, to allow the early installation of moisture sensitive flooring in fast track building programmes. One or two coats may be applied depending on the degree of dampness present in the sub-floor.
402 WG Damp Proof Coating is a two component Epoxy-Polyaminoamide based material. The product is available in grey, red, and clear colours to allow control of uniform coverage. It is also suitable for priming damp, minimally prepared substrates, and as a high build coating in its own right.

Is this suitable to use as a Dpm on an existing garage floor? Does it need to be covered or can it be the surface layer.?
402 WG Damp Proof Coating can be used as a surface damp-proof membrane to be overcoated or left as a finish in its own right.
