Can this be used on latex levelling?
You would need to contact the screed manufacturer to ensure their material can be over painted with a single pack, water based floor sealer.

Can this be used on screed?
We suggest you check with the screed manufacturer to ensure the screed will take a paint system and in this instance a water based coating. Provided the screed is suitable for painting and the Blackfriar Professional Water Based Floor Sealer is suitable for your environment, traffic level, etc. then it can be used.
