306 Self Levelling Floor Coating with its combination of attractive finish and excellent resistance to many chemicals, is suitable for a wide range of industrial environments.
306 Self Levelling Floor Coating is typically applied at thicknesses of between 2 and 3mm. It is supplied as a three pack product, consisting of an epoxy resin component, a curing agent component and a graded filler component, all pre-weighed and ready for mixing.
Suitable for use in laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, food preparation areas, electronic assembly factories, etc.
Prime the prepared surfaces using 405 Tack Primer, applying the material at a nominal rate of 5m²/kg
Allow the primer to cure overnight
Note: If the surface is exceptionally porous it may be necessary to 'double prime'.
306 Self Levelling Floor Coating is supplied as a three component product, each component being preweighed ready for use
The contents of the curing agent container should be drained into the base component and the two materials thoroughly mixed
The mixed liquid should then be poured into a forced mixer, e.g. Mixall, Pennine or Creteangle, and the filler component slowly added under constant mixing until a uniform consistency has been achieved
By Volume = 3 Base : 1 Curing Agent
By Weight = 100 Base : 35.1 Curing Agent
Apply the mixed 306 Self Levelling Floor Coating by serrated trowel or screed box
Within 20 minutes, spike roller the 306 Self Levelling Floor Coating in order to de-aerate it
Existing joints in the floor must be carried through the screed
Always maintain a wet edge to the material during application
