Hi there! I have a sloping tarmac driveway and a quarter of my cellar is under this driveway. The tarmac on the driveway is quite old and water seems to be seeping through it into my cellar. I was wondering the best product you would recommend to re-seal the tarmac and make it as waterproof as possible without having to re-lay new tarmac, and a product that is not slippery since it's on a slope. I was thinking the Mona-Guard, but the Tarmacoat could also be a possibility? Many thanks Petra
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
This product can be appled to tarmac and provide a level of water resistance but is not a waterproofing coating.
It is unlikey to solve the issue within the cellar.
