Sikafloor 264 N is a two component, solvent free, high building coating and seal coat. An economic, coloured epoxy applied by roller for concrete and cement screeds with normal up to heavy wear. It also comes in a vast array of colours to suit your aesthetic needs.
Sikafloor 264 N has been instrumental in protecting underground and multi-storey car parks for over 40 years. They boast that 80% of the car park can remain open during refurbishment, and can be found in various car park multiplexes across Brighton, in Guildford, Chelmsford and the iconic Merrion shopping centre in Leeds.

Assuming the previously applied coating is clean, dry and sound abrading the surface will be sufficient for the floor to receive a new coating of Sikafloor 264 N. | |

How soon can you apply Sika floor 264 onto a new concrete floor? |
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
The product data sheet (available to download from the attachments tab on the product page) states < 4 % pbw moisture content. Test method: Sika®-Tramex meter, CM-measurement or Oven-dry-method. No rising moisture according to ASTM (Polyethylene-sheet). The concrete substrate must be sound and of sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm2) with a minimum pull off strength of 1.5 N/mm2. Concrete substrates must be prepared mechanically using abrasive blast cleaning or scarifying equipment to remove cement laitance and achieve an open textured surface. | |
