PPG SigmaCover 456 HS is two component high solids polyamide cured recoatable zinc phosphate epoxy primer/coating. This general-purpose epoxy primer/coating is available in 2,600+ colours, inc. RAL, BS, NCS & the new NCS 2050 colours, for steel and concrete structures in atmospheric exposure that can be recoated with various two-component and conventional coatings, even after long weathering periods.

The primer/coating is free from lead- and chromate-containing pigments and has excellent rust preventing properties in industrial or coastal atmospheres, curing at temperatures down to -5°C (23°F).
