Low VOCs, application of single coats up to 150 microns and fast drying add to the features of Hardtop Flexi. This is one of the few products that contain anti-corrosive pigments for the best direct to metal performance.
Jotun Hardtop Flexi is a two-pack, high solid, flexible polyurethane coating with good gloss and colour retention. Jotun Hardtop Flexi can be used as a single coat system in atmospheric corrosivity classes C2 and C3. Can also be used as a topcoat in classes C2 - C4 and C5-I and C5-M on various primers and as maintenance coating on old paint surfaces.
Jotun Hardtop Flexi has a good impact resistance and painted objects can be stacked after short drying time. The product have built in good corrosion protection and is also suitable as a single product system for maintenance application when both corrosion protection and topcoat performance are desired.

Direct-to-metal
Hardtop Flexi can be used as a one coat direct-to-metal product in atmospheric corrosivity classes C2 and C3 (acc. ISO 12944), due to a combination of anticorrosive pigments.
High build
A maximum DFT of 150 microns will enable you to achieve a better protection than with conventional polyurethanes.

Hi there. I have purchased your Haedtop Flexi kit,1A,and I would like to know if it is spray paintable?Is the viscosity thin enough to use without thinning?Thanking you for your time. Regards, Rogan.
Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team:
This product can be sprayed without thinning with the correct equipment.
For airless spray application nozzle/tip size should be 15 to 21 inch/1000 at 150 bar.
For conventional spray application with a HVLP spray gun 13-21 inch/1000 at 2.4bar.
