Slight discoloration and loss of gloss may be observed above 100°C

180 – 360 µm per coat, normally 240 µm
Topcoats:
Normally topcoated with Carbocrylic 3359 TC. Other waterborne topcoats may be used.

Actual surface dry and dry to topcoat times will depend upon film thickness, air humidity, ventilation and other local conditions.
Above times should be considered as guidelines provided good ventilation conditions.
Surface Preparation
General
Surface must be clean and dry. Employ adequate methods to remove dirt, dust, oil and all other contaminants that could interfere with adhesion of the coating.
Steel
Normally applied over clean and dry recommended primers. When applied directly to steel, blast clean to min. Sa2 or power tool clean to St2 (ISO 8501-1).
Concrete
Apply over clean and dry surface. Concrete must be cured min. 28 days at 24°C and RH 50% or equivalent. A test patch is recommended to check adhesion.

May be thinned up to 5% with clean potable water

Pre-rinse equipment with butyl glycol followed by clean potable water before spraying.

Do not apply when the surface temperature is less than 3°C above the dew point. Do not apply if temperatures are expected to drop below 10°C within 24 hours of application.
Film thickness above recommendations may reduce product properties.

Clean Up
Use clean potable water followed by butyl glycol or other suitable solvent to dry equipment. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of in accordance with local applicable regulations.
