Torlife ST Primer is a high-performance coating for priming previously painted and non-convertible coatings (eg. pliolite or chlorinated rubber) prior to application of Torlife TP anti-graffiti coatings. A two pack pigmented epoxy/polyamide containing aromatic hydrocarbon and alcohol solvents.
