Rust-Oleum 6400 Fast Drying Shopprimer is a fast drying, solvent based, anti-corrosive primer for temporary metal protection intended as the first coat in shop coating applications and provides the required basic protection following metal fabrication and assembly operations.

Rust-Oleum 6400 Fast Drying Shopprimer is a fast drying primer based on a soya oil alkyd. The products contain rust-inhibitive pigments and are lead and chromate free. It should be applied on cold-rolled, blasted, pickled or slightly rusted steel.
Rust-Oleum 6400 Fast Drying Shopprimer is primarily intended for spray application but may also be applied by brush or roller for touch up or small areas only. It can be recoated with the Rust-Oleum Alkyd Primers/Intermediates and the Rust-Oleum Alkythane 7500 System Topcoat assuring the appropriate protection at light industrial exposures.
