Selemix 4-0400/4-0401 2K Epoxy Primer is a 2K high build anticorrosive epoxy primer which is especially suitable for application over blast-cleaned steel as part of an ISO 12944-6 certified system. Compatible with all Selemix 2K Acrylic and PU topcoats and is available in Beige and Light Grey (close to RAL7035).
It can be applied by conventional spray but is highly suited to application by high pressure spray equipment (airless and air-assisted airless spray).
Its robust application characteristics and good anticorrosive properties over ferrous substrates properties make it ideal for wide industrial uses.
Suitable for use on Steel (Blast Cleaned) and Phosphated Steel.
This product MUST be purchased/used in conjunction with its manufacturer specified base or activator/hardener. This product can be purchased as a Base or Hardener separately only - please see the drop down menu above.

Apply only on a clean and dry surface with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
