No, only Rust-Oleum 7500 Alkythane can be used to overcoat Rust-Oleum 3202 Galvinoleum Primer.

Question: What type of Thinner do I require for the Teamac Zinc Phosphate Primer and Teamac Metal Coat Enamel. Can they be thinned with water or do I require a solvent Thinner.

Can I paint an engine with Teamac Metalcote Plant Enamel?
Yes, as long as any bare metal is primed with an appropriate Teamac primer and whatever is painted does not exceed a maximum temperature of 80°C.
