Selemix 7-512 2K Polyurethane Extra Topcoat is a high quality 2-pack Polyurethane finish for solid colours and single-layer metallic finishes. It dries quickly to give an excellent quality finish with very good durability.
Suitable for the coating of machinery, agricultural and construction equipment, and many other industrial painting applications where a durable finish is required.
Available in three gloss levels (see drop-down menu above):
High Gloss (7-512 as standard), Semi-Gloss* and Semi-Matt* (*Blended from 7-511 and 7-512).
Note: Please refer to the Data Sheets for the gloss level purchased before use.
It is compatible with Selemix Epoxy and Polyurethane primers, giving a durable and hard wearing paint system.
Also available in Slow Curing, Accessible and HD UV versions (High Gloss Only).
Application can be by conventional spray or air assisted airless spray*.
*Important Note: for application of 7-512 High Gloss via Air Assisted Airless Spray please use Selemix 7-512 2K Polyurethane Extra Topcoat (Slow) or purchase 7-512 base and Selemix 9-065 Slow Hardener separately in the correct ratios as per the product data sheet.

The base component of Selemix 7-512 2K Polyurethane Extra Topcoat is separated into three product codes which are used to identify the gloss levels which are produced by blending 7-512 with 7-511 Polyurethane Matt Topcoat as below:
The blending process is conducted prior to dispatch, and the gloss level and colour ordered will be supplied as requested upon delivery.

Apply only on a clean and dry surface with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
