Selemix 8-110/8-111 2K WB Acrylic Topcoat (Fast Curing) is a 2K waterborne, acrylic topcoat, suitable for use on primed or painted surfaces exposed to weathering, mechanical and chemical stress, for both interior and exterior use. Available in High Gloss (8-110) and Matt (8-111) - please choose from the drop down menu above. Standard Curing version available here.

It provides excellent gloss and colour retention and excellent hardness and can be used over Selemix 2-pack solventborne, or waterborne primers.

It is especially recommended for high quality finishes in industrial agricultural equipment and machinery.

Surface Preparation

Apply only on a clean and dry surface with a temperature above the dew point to avoid condensation. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Any Selemix Solventborne or Waterborne 2K Primer:

• Wet on Wet or Machine sand with P240-320 discs and degrease

Painted Surfaces:

• Machine sand with P240-320 discs and degrease

Mixing

• Thoroughly mix paint before activating and check colour before use

Application Notes

Brush and Roller:

8-110/8-111 Acrylic Topcoat can be applied by brush (solvent resistant) or roller short haired mohair roller:

• Activate 3:1 with 9-125 Hardener
• Thinning with 10% of water is recommended
• Apply in 2 coats with minimum 45 minutes flash-off between coats
