This formula contains less resin than other Watco Concrex products and is reinforced with a granite aggregate. This makes it a cost-effective alternative to the other Watco Concrex products when filling deeper holes.
Other Concrex products achieve full strength at only 5mm thick; Concrex Deep Fill can be used in one layer between 15mm —100mm. It can be left as a wearing surface which has a coarse textured finish.
If a smoother finish is required use Concrex Deep Fill to within hmm of the floor level, and then overlay with hmm of Watco Concrex Carbon Fibre.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of all loose material. Wire brushing or sweeping is generally sufficient.
Watco Bio-D degreaser can be used to remove grease and oil.
Priming
A primer is not usually required when filling holes in concrete floors or resurfacing rough or damaged concrete.
Watco Tack Coat adhesive primer is recommended when using Watco Concrex Deep Fill products on smooth or damp surfaces.
Mixing
Wear protective gloves.
The resin and the aggregate are already pre-blended and is supplied with a bottle of grey curing agent.
Shake the bottle of curing agent until the liquid is a uniform grey colour.
Tip the sand/resin onto a mixing tray or board. Do not mix inside the plastic bucket.
Mix thoroughly with a trowel or gloved hands until an even grey colour is achieved.
A ‘Cretangle’ or suitable open pan mixer can be used to mix large quantities.
Once mixed the mortar should be used within 30-60 minutes depending upon temperature.
Application
Trowel the mortar firmly into the repair and finish with a trowel or float.
To help with application regularly wipe the surface of the trowel with a cloth dampened with white spirit.
Watco Concrex Deep Fill products are normally applied at 15mm-100mm thick.
For repairs deeper than l00mm apply in separate layers allowing 5 hours between layers.
Limitations
Do not apply to wet surfaces.
Watco Tack Coat should be used for application to smooth or damp surfaces before applying Watco Concrex Deep Fill products.
Do not apply thicker than l00mm in one layer — see section headed ‘Application’ Watco Concrex' Deep Fill products should not be subjected to temperatures above 60°C.
