It is suitable for both internal and external application, in particular for use on very damp walls in historic buildings, old buildings, basement areas and cellars.
In order to form a good bond between the non- absorbent masonry and the KEIM Porosan Trass Sanierputz, a rough coat of KEIM Porosan Trass Zementputz should be applied as a key coat. After the rough cost has been applied the masonry should still be clearly visible.
Depressions, holes and uneven areas should be filled or equalised with KEIM Porosan Trass Ausgleichsputz (ensure sufficient time for setting).
KEIM Porosan Trass Sanierputz can only function properly if coated with highly water vapour permeable KEIM Mineral Paints systems.
