Rust-Oleum 5110 Verti-Patch

Rust-Oleum 5110 Verti-Patch is a very strong epoxy repair mortar with special lightweight fillers for repairing damaged vertical concrete, render and stone. Rust-Oleum 5110 Verti-Patch cures as hard as granite, is quickly overcoatable and can be drilled after curing. Rust-Oleum 5110 Verti-Patch is non-shrink, can be used indoors or out and can be feather edged. Ideal for the repair of mineral substrates including repair of frost spalled concrete (also with exposed reinforcing).

Surfaces should be clean, dry and free of all loose material - Wire brushing or sweeping is generally sufficient. Rust-Oleum Mathys ND14 Cleaner Degreaser can be used to remove grease and oil. A primer is not usually required if patch or crack repairing. Rust-Oleum 5401 Epoxy Impregnation Primer is recommended when applying Rust-Oleum 5110 Verti-Patch as a thin section screed or on very porous substrates.

Working Life

30 – 60 minutes at a temperature range of 15 to 30°C. Each pack contains a resinous filler material and 2 containers of curing agent. Mix all the curing agent containers with all the resinous filler. Mix thoroughly and always mix for a further 5 minutes after the mix appears to be of a uniform colour to ensure thorough dispersion of the curing agent.
