Surface Preparation
Remove loose material and dirt.
Apply a suitable fungicide solution to surfaces contaminated with moss or algae etc. Emergency repairs may be carried out in the wet but we recommend that the surface is as dry as possible if undertaking long term repairs or complete refurbishment.
Application
Apply at temperatures above 5°C. Stir well before use. One coat generously applied by brush or medium pile roller is generally sufficient.
Limitations
Not for use on balconies, EPDM rubber roofs, new asphalt or new bitumen surfaces or timber and plywood substrates, new or aged PVC and GRP.
In extremely high temperatures the coating may soften slightly, but will return to its original state as the temperature drops.
Food products must be removed from the area during application and cure.
Avoid sources of ignition and do not apply where the use of a solvent-based product may cause a problem.

Drying time
Immediately resistant to rain. Will be dry after approximately 24 hours but allow 2 - 3 days before introducing traffic or applying a second coat. Low temperatures will extend drying time
