Top Features & Benefits

  • Premium quality high modulus sealant that can often be used in wet applications.

  • Neutral system, free from isocyanates and silicones.

  • Non staining, odour free and bubble free curing.

  • Good movement accommodation. Adhesive sealing and joining to most substrates.

  • Highly resistant to ageing and weathering. Paintable (testing is recommended).

Preparation & Application

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from frost, grease and loose materials.Apply primer if required. Install bond breaker to prevent bond at base of joint where necessary. Most substrates only require priming if testing indicates a need or where sealant will be subjected to water immersion afer cure.

Cut the top of the screw thread off the cartridge and screw on the nozzle. Cut nozzle to correct diameter for joint size. Apply using a skeleton or powered gun into the joint ensuring good contact with surfaces. In deep joints, the use of a backing rod is essential to ensure food joint formation.

In situations where and especially neat finish is required, use masking tape to cover the face edges of the joint and remove immediately once tooling has been completed.

Apply between 0°C to 30°C. Cures at a rate of 2-3mm in 24 hours at 23°C @ 50% RH. Lower conditions will result in a slower rate of cure.

Tool immediately after sealant has been applied within the working time of the product.

Not suitable for glazing applications, marble, natual stone, aquaria construction or in joints deeper than 15mm.
