Use Eagle Desmopol Liquid Polyurethane Membrane to waterproof flat roofs, walkways and balconies. The high elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane is the perfect solution for waterproofing complicated roofs, such as those with detail work.
Desmopol Liquid Polyurethane Membrane can be applied wet-on-wet fully reinforced with excellent adhesion to most substrates without the use of primer, including bitumen, GRP, torch-on felts, OSB, single ply, over PIR boards, asphalt or on warm roofs, etc.

Recommended Primers - For concrete, EPDM and TPO single ply use PU1000 primer.
Important - Silicone-based mastics should not be used as they are incompatible.

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: This product can be applied in temperatures as low as -5C, with the use of Eagle Desmoplus, which is an additive to allow the membrane to be applied in low temperatures or in adverse weather conditions. Below 2C, this product won't cure without the addition of Eagle Desmoplus. If applying wet on wet, the minimum temperature is 2C and rising. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Assuming the old roof is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this product would most likely adhere to the previously applied Bullet Roof Mono. We would recommend to test for compatibility and adhesion on a small area prior to full application. The more simple option to avoid a compatibility option would be to use Bullet Roof Mono instead. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: No, while this product can be applied to a concrete substrate as part of a system it is not usually used for a floor. Once the concrete floor has been left to dry out, approximately 4 weeks per inch of slab depth, the concrete is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet we can recommend Rust-Oleum 7200 Floorcoat PU. This is available in many RAL, NCS or BS colours in a satin or gloss finish. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: The coverage rate for this product is 1.5kg – 2kg per m². This product is normally used as part of a system in either a two coat reinforced system or a 1 coat un-reinforced system. Both of these are normally over painted with Eagle Tecnotop 2C. | |

Answer from Rawlins’ Technical Team: Stixall Extreme Power, does state that they are over paintable, but we would recommend you test for compatibiltiy and adhesion prior to full application. Desmopol can be used on balconies assuming the substrate is compatible and a complete system is used including Eagle Tecnotop 2C. | |

There are some additives to accompany if required such as Eagle Desmoplus and Eagle Desmothix. Eagle Tecnoband 225g Matting would be recommended for your whole roof area. | |
