When Rust-Oleum Dacfill HZ/SB Glass Fibre Fleece comes in contact with the Dacfill/HZ coating, its fibres will come loose - becoming limp. This allows for easier manipulation and application to the edges and bumps on a roof, chimney or around a skylight.
Application of Rust-Oleum Dacfill HZ/SB Glass Fibre Fleece requires a first coat of Dacfill HZ, followed by adding the fleece in the wet paint and then rolling again. In this way, it is ensured that the fibres are completely lying flat and are covered correctly with a layer of paint - as opposed to be exposed and sticking out through the paint film. After drying, apply a second coat of Dacfill or Dacfill HZ.
Recommended conditions for the application of this product are 10 - 35°C, with a humidity between 35 and 85%.
