Bullet Roof Single Ply Primer is a one-component flexible ployurethane primer that promotes adhesion for polyurethane elastomers on concrete, metal, wood, asphalt, bituminous membranes, ceramics, PVC & EDPM.
Specially formulated to adhere different types of polyurethane membranes even with different hardening speeds, it has a variety of options in use for over application and can be applied in temperatures as low as 5°C.
Substrate Preparation
The preparation of the substrate is fundamental, therefore the surface to be treated must be sound and free from any pollutant, dry, consistent and must have a tensile strength of at least 1.5 MPa. In any case, it is necessary to perform a surface preparation of the flooring such as sandblasting, milling, peening, sanding depending on the type of surface.
The free and stagnant water coming from the substrate or from pre-vious washing operations or from weather events must be removed or dried with suitable means.

Application
It is applied with normal painting equipment such as a brush, roller or airless spray.
Apply Bullet Roof Single Ply Primer in the ratio of 150-200 g/m2 in order to avoid pro-duct accumulations. After the application wait from 2 hours to 48 hours depending on the room temperature.
Cleaning
Tools must be cleaned after use.
Safety
In the application of this product it is advisable to use glasses, rubber gloves and all the PPE required by the regulations in force for the use of chemical substances.
