![]() | Question:
I’m trying to fix a small leak in a slate roof, already had a roofer try and find it with out luck. I’ve already purchased Rust-oleum Mathys fillcoat fibres from you and I’m also going to purchase the primer 44 HS my question is after priming how soon can I apply the fillcoat fibres? The information on the web site says touch dry 1 hour reapply 24 hours primer. Not clear as when I can put the fillcoat on? Many thanks Martin |
Answer:
Primer 44HS is dry to over paint in 24 hours when applied at 20°C and a humidity of 50%.
![]() | Question: can i use mathys primer 44 on exterior lime rendering
?? thanks |
Answer: As long as the lime render is in good condition, clean, prepared, etc, then Rust-Oleum Mathys Primer 44 HS would be our normal priming solution prior to applying suitable topcoat(s).
